Orchestra

Rehearsals are in the Orchestra room (room 215).
The orchestra rehearses on A and C days during the first block. Students need to bring their instruments, and a 3-ring binder (with music and pencil) to all rehearsals.
Chamber Orchestra
The Chamber Orchestra is an ensemble that is open to 7th and 8th grade students in the orchestra program who play string instruments.
Acceptance is by audition and not everyone will have a place in the Chamber Orchestra.
Chamber Orchestra rehearses on Thursday (and occasionally Tuesday) afternoons 2:45-4:00 PM in the Orchestra room.
The Chamber Orchestra is directed by Ms. Wei.
Ottoson String Orchestra
The Ottoson String Orchestra is directed by Ms.Wei and it is open to all 7th and 8th grade students playing a string instrument.
One or two pianists are also usually included for the piano or percussion parts.
